Prices do not include the Tourist Tax.
Since August 24, 2011, the Municipality of Venice has implemented a Tourist Tax determined per person and per night for up to a maximum of five consecutive nights. The rate varies based on the seasonal period and the classification of the accommodation facility.

Casa Accademia is classified as a "Casa per Ferie," and the tax will be €1.40 per person per night in low season and €2.00 per person per night in high season.

Children aged 10 to 16 will pay half, while the tax will not apply to children under 10 years old.

The Venice City Council defines the period from February 1 to December 31 as the high season.

Certainly, we advise all our guests to avoid (as much as possible) buying bottled water. In Venice, you can drink water from public fountains scattered throughout the city.

We are in the process of equipping the rooms. Currently, only two rooms, the "Superior Double" and the "Large Family Room," have a mini fridge.

At Casa Accademia, air conditioning is available in all rooms and common areas, set to either warm or cool based on the season (cool air in summer / warm air in winter).
