We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for group reservations.

  • If you booked a non-refundable rate, we're sorry, but you cannot cancel the reservation and get a refund.
  • If you booked a "refundable" rate, you can modify or cancel your reservation within (and not beyond) 3 days from the check-in date by calling us or sending an email.

Prices do not include the Tourist Tax. From August 24, 2011, the City of Venice has imposed a Tourist Tax per person and per overnight stay, up to a maximum of five consecutive nights. The rate varies depending on the season and the classification of the accommodation facility.

Casa Accademia is classified as a "Holiday House," and the tax is €1.40 per person per night in the low season and €2.00 per person per night in the high season.

Young people aged between 10 and 16 will pay half the tax, while children under 10 are exempt from the tax.

The Venice City Council defines the high season as the period from February 1 to December 31.

Certainly, we recommend all our guests to avoid (as much as possible) buying bottled water. In Venice, you can drink tap water from the public fountains scattered throughout the city.

At Santa Fosca, we currently do not serve any meals, but everything is possible in the future.

No, but you can use the one in the common kitchen. Remember to write your last name and check-out date on your items, or we will have to discard them.

Santa Fosca does not have air conditioning, but during the hot season, we provide fans in every room.

cross Ponte della Costituzione, few meters ahead you will find S. Lucia station on the right. Continue on the main street (Lista di Spagna) and cross first Ponte delle Guglie and then, after about 100 meters, Ponte dell'Anconeta. After another 50 meters cross the Ponte Sant'Antonio and after a few meters turn left into Campo Santa Fosca (recognizable by the statue of Paolo Sarpi). Once reached, cross the bridge behind the statue and immediately turn left, cross the last bridge and at the end you will find Ostello Santa Fosca

take line 1 towards Rialto, get off at S. Marcuola, following the street you will reach Rio Terà S. Leonardo, turn right, cross another bridge and continue straight towards Rio Terà della Maddalena, crossing a third bridge, you'll arrive in Campo Santa Fosca (recognizable by the statue of Paolo Sarpi). Once reached, cross the bridge behind the statue and immediately turn left, cross the last bridge and at the end you will find Ostello Santa Fosca
